Listing standards
Clear details.
Considered choices.
Useful listings describe real services in plain language and give visitors a clear way to contact the practitioner.
What our review means
We read every new application and every requested change by hand before it goes live. This is a directory check: we confirm the listing is a real practice serving people in New Zealand and that it meets these standards. It does not certify a practitioner, validate a treatment, or establish clinical effectiveness.
Accurate information
Keep your name, location, contact details, services and qualifications current. Qualifications should name the organisation that awarded them. Use the claim page to send us changes whenever something is out of date.
Responsible descriptions
Describe what a session involves and who you work with. Avoid unsupported promises about health outcomes, and do not suggest that a listing replaces medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Relevant services
The directory is for readers, spiritual practitioners and wellbeing practitioners serving people in New Zealand. Unrelated products, gambling, misleading identities and empty listings do not belong here. We may decline or remove a listing that does not fit.
Your own words and images
Write your listing yourself, without web links in the description, and only send photographs you have permission to use.
Respectful contact
Contact details and the enquiry form are for genuine enquiries. A public listing does not grant permission for marketing, and visitor messages are shared only with the practitioner they are for.
