About Stef Crowley

Stef Crowley runs Right for Life Massage and Energy in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga. She blends therapeutic massage, acupressure and Reiki energy work, and offers nervous system reset massage, pregnancy massage, Reiki and energy healing sessions, and PSYCH-K, which she describes as a way to shift limiting subconscious beliefs. Sessions are in person at her Valley Road centre or online by Zoom, FaceTime or Messenger for energy healing and PSYCH-K, and she works with clients across New Zealand and overseas. She also runs a one-day Reiki workshop, personal mentoring and free online meditation recordings. People come to her for tension, pain, stress, anxiety and emotional blocks. The site lists a Diploma of Therapeutic Massage, Reiki Master Teacher, PSYCH-K facilitator and Soul Energy Clearing teacher among her training. The centre is open weekdays with a late night on Tuesdays.
