About Simon Gosling
Simon Gosling practises Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in Auckland under the name Breath of Life. He describes a very gentle hands-on session where the practitioner's hands 'float' on the fully clothed body, usually on a treatment table, and where talking and feedback are welcome. He explains that the light touch may bring releases of past stress or shock and a reconnection to what he calls your intrinsic healthy, peaceful nature. The body usually takes up to three days to integrate a session, and the number of sessions is decided together with the client. Simon says he has worked as a complementary health therapist since 1987 and in the biodynamic approach since 1995, and that he trained with Franklyn Sills at the Karuna Institute. He also teaches advanced courses to other practitioners.
