Evolutionary Wellbeing is Helen McAuley-Grant's practice on Auckland's North Shore. She works as a kinesiologist and natural health practitioner and also as a financial adviser, and she focuses on women who want to reclaim their body, relationship and financial confidence. On the health side she uses Kinesiopractic muscle testing with Bowen therapy, Total Body Modification, flower essences and Access Bars, and she offers KinEase coaching packages over six weeks to six months. Sessions are in person by appointment, and a discovery call comes first. People come to her about anxiety, low energy, digestion, back, neck and shoulder pain, life direction and money mindset.
