Introspect is a healing studio in Tauranga run by John McMechan and Tami Hansen. They describe their work as soul-level healing that looks for the root cause behind repeating patterns, emotional weight and limiting beliefs rather than surface symptoms. Their tools include Quantum Energy Healing, past-life regression, Root Cause Therapy, Timeline therapy, somatic embodiment and somatic healing massage, Reiki, inner-child work and breathwork journeys, and they say they use their empathic gifts to sense what needs attention. Sessions are in person in Tauranga, and distance energy healing is available online across New Zealand and Australia and for clients overseas. Options include one-to-one sessions, courses, and a 16-week Quantum Healing Pathway with six intensive sessions, integration calls, voice-message support and weekly tools. It is for people who feel that talking alone has not shifted anxiety, trauma or emotional heaviness and want an energetic and spiritual approach.
